COPY RIGHT PROTECTION: Embroidery + Print LLC respects the property rights of others, under the law. As a result, we don't personalize items with any copyrighted artworks, designs and logos. Therefore, by e-mailing your art work to us, you guarantee and assure Embroidery + Print LLC and its employees that you are fully responsible for it. In the event, should there be any law suite regarding copyright violations, you farther acknowledge that you are accountable.

RETURN POLICY: Embroidery + Print LLC will issue a full refund for customers canceling their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. We place your orders with our suppliers right after 24 hours of your order. Hence, Embroidery + Print LLC will not issue a refund for orders placed before 24 hours.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Embroidery + Print LLC will e-mail a digitized version of your logo or art work for your approval. Once the design is approved we proceed into production. Embroidery + Print LLC will replace your orders at no extra charge in the event that the items are personalized differently that what you have approved, or when sizes are different than ordered. To eliminate any errors, Embroidery + Print LLC encourages its customers to check the size charts for the given merchandise before placing the orders; as some BRAND cuts may differ from another. 

FORMS OF PAYMENTS: Embroidery + Print LLC requires 50% down payments when placing an order and another 50% when/before shipping the order. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
